1. Order Cancellations
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after preparation has begun.
If you wish to cancel your order, please call us immediately at 90143 59868. Cancellations made within 5 minutes of placing the order may be considered eligible, depending on preparation status.
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to unavailability of items, incorrect pricing, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be processed in the following situations:
Wrong item delivered
Items missing from the order
Food delivered in a damaged/spoiled condition
Non-delivery due to a verified delivery issue on our end
To request a refund, contact us within 2 hours of delivery with a clear description of the issue and relevant photos if applicable.
3. Refund Process
Once your complaint is verified, refunds (full or partial) will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
If the payment was made via cash on delivery, store credit or an alternative arrangement may be offered.
4. No Refund Scenarios
We do not offer refunds for:
Customer change of mind after delivery
Spicy or non-spicy preference mismatches unless specified while ordering
Delay caused due to customer’s unavailability or wrong address

We aim to provide fast and safe delivery of your favourite Andhra dishes across Hyderabad.
1. Delivery Areas
We deliver within specific areas of Hyderabad, Telangana. Please check your pin code availability at checkout or call us for confirmation.
2. Delivery Timings
Operating Hours: 11:00 AM to 11:30 PM (Daily)
Average Delivery Time: 30–60 minutes, depending on your location, traffic, and order volume.
3. Delivery Charges
Free delivery may be offered for orders above a certain amount.
A nominal delivery fee will be charged for smaller orders or long-distance locations, which will be shown at checkout.
4. Delays and Force Majeure
We strive to deliver on time, but delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.
Aha Andhra Ghuma Ghumalu is not liable for such delays but will make every effort to notify you and deliver promptly.
5. Contactless Delivery
Contactless delivery is available on request. Our delivery team follows strict hygiene and safety protocols.
